The interesting thing is that the handle is tiny- about 2/3 the size of a normal handle. It's secured with split saw screws. There is no etch or maker's mark. The plate is decent- it's straight but does have some discoloration. The teeth are okay- a couple are broken, but the rest are in decent shape. It could use a filing if you want to use it. It's currently 16ppi crosscut. I can't recall seeing one like it.

This is a very long socket paring chisel with a very elegant taper from the socket to the fine business end .It's unusually long, measuring over 15in long overall.
