Custom-Etched Hand Saws

Peace custom-etched several models of their hand saws. After the Disston Acquisition, a P-26 model was offered for sale custom-etched to order. The P26 featured a wheat-carved cherry handle and the patented Peace nickel-plated reinforce piece.

Made for White and Wills, Chicago Illinois
Made expressly for Adam Kroner 321 Pearl St. Lacrosse, Wi. Adam Kroner hardware (Now a TrueValue) is still open for business today. Conflicting sources state that the store opened between 1868 and the late 1800's
Made Gravel & Boulard, Montreal, Quebec.
Made expressly for Chas. J. Lawson, Newburgh, N.Y." Chas. J. Lawson is listed in the Orange County Directory 1878-9 in the city of Newburgh
Made expressly for Joshua Williams, 102 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, MinnJoshua Williams opened a hardware store in 1860. The company was incorperated in 1896 as Williams Hardware Company. In 1969 the name was changed to Williams steel and Hardware Co. It still operates today.
Made Expressly for Herman Doerge- 556 11th Ave NY. Herman Doerge is listed in the 1870 New York state business directory and gazetteer at 582 11th Ave. NY.
DEWOLF & VINCENT/ NEW BEDFORD, MASS Listed as "Leading Hardware Dealers, located at 149 Union St, New Bedford, MA, in the Resident Directory of OAK BLUFFS 1907.
