Ordering Information

Important Updates as of October, 2023

The short version Interested in ordering a tool I have listed? Send me an email with your name, mailing address, and the item number(s) you'd like. I will send you an invoice for the cost of the tools plus actual shipping costs. I expect payment within 14 days of you placing an order. After 14 days go by I'll return the item(s) to the list. Once I receive payment I will ship the tools out to you.

The slightly longer version I sell everything on a first-come, first-served basis. I check my email as frequently as possible but there is a chance that the items you requested may have been claimed by someone else earlier. If that's the case I'll send you an a pology and let you know if I have anything similar in stock.

Shipping: I do not charge a packing fee. I charge you exactly what USPS or UPS charges me for shipping. I usually ship smaller items less than one pound via USPS Ground Advantage. Heavier packages will travel UPS or USPS depending on which has the lower shipping rate. Saws, and anything longer than 24in will always ship UPS due to the USPS surcharge on long boxes. Shipping outside the US is no problem so long as you are okay with the shipping costs. I always use USPS for international shipping. If you'd like, I'm always happy to provide a shipping quote before I send an order. I'm also happy to hold items for a while in order to combine multiple items in a single shipment to save you money.

Payment: I offer a number of payment methods. I strongly prefer Zelle or a personal check to avoid paying the hefty fees other payment methods incur in order to keep my prices as low as possible. I can also accept a credit card via Quickbooks, Venmo, or PayPal. Full payment instructions will be on the email invoice I send you.

Guarantee: I fully guarantee everything I sell. You are welcome to return anything you order within 30 days of receiving it for any reason for a full refund of the cost of the item(s). No questions asked. Please don't hesitate to take advantage of this- I don't want you stuck with a tool you don't want or need. If it turns out I missed something please let me know! I'm definitely not perfect. If I missed a flaw or didn't describe something properly just let me know and I'll pay return shipping on the item. In short, I want you to be happy with the tools you buy from me.
